Delivery Details

UK DELIVERY ONLY

Standard Delivery-£3.75 (2-3 working days)

  • Your order will be despatched via the Royal Mail but where necessary we may use a different carrier from time to time.
  • A calling card will be left if you are not in when we try to deliver your parcel, simply follow the information to rearrange delivery.
  • Sorry but we cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday but you can expect your delivery on the next working day.

 Next Day Delivery-£4.75 (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays)

  • Orders need to be placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday for next day delivery.
  • Sorry but we cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday but you can expect your delivery on the next working day.
  • A signature may be required by the carrier.
  • Unfortunately next day delivery is not available for the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, and ZE1-3.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE

Royal Mail Airsure

  • Orders are sent to Europe via Royal Mail Airsure where possible.  Royal Mail Airsure is not available to all European countries, when this is the case; orders are sent via Standard Air Mail.
  • Orders can be tracked online.  Information on where to track your order is sent via email.

Eastern Europe - from 3 working days

Rotal Mail Standard Air Mail

  • Orders typically take between 3-5 working days from dispatch date.
  • Orders cannot be tracked online via Royal Mail Standard Air Mail

Returns/Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return your item/s to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to issue a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) once we receive your unwanted item/s. You may prefer to exchange your item/s for a different colour or size. For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on lingerie, swimwear, hosiery or earrings.
A Return document can be found in your parcel, please fill this in with as much detail as possible and include it when you return your goods.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return until it reaches us therefore we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • It may take up to 7 days for us to process returns, especially during busy periods.
  • We will endeavour to refund you as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your return.
  • If you received a discount on your original order, the amount refunded will reflect the discounted order value.

 *Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any relevant documentation.

Faulty Item
If you have received a faulty item please contact us with your order number, your name and address, product details, reason for the return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed.

Incorrect Item Received
If you have received an incorrect item please contact us with your order number, your name and address, product details, reason for the return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed.

Missing Item
Occasionally we don’t send all your order at the same time, first check your delivery note to see if any items are listed to be sent separately. If you are still missing listed items then please contact us with your order number and product details of the item you wanted. If for any reason we cannot send your missing item we will issue a refund.
