Do I Have to order online?
Ordering over the internet with ImJustWindowShopping.Com is the safest and most secure method of paying, therefore we only accept orders placed online.
Questions About Returns
Is there a guarantee?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return your item/s to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to issue a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) once we receive your unwanted item/s. You may prefer to exchange your item/s for a different colour or size. For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on lingerie, swimwear, hosiery or earrings.
A Return document can be found in your parcel, please fill this in with as much detail as possible and include it when you return your goods.
How do I make a return?
Simply send your item back to us to the returns address in our returns policy. Please make sure that the item is sent back in waterproof packaging that it arrived in to avoid damage.
Then take your item to a post office counter, and get a receipt confirmation as proof of you sending the return.
How much will it cost to return an item?
If the item you have sent is faulty or sent out by mistake by us, we will happily refund you with any postage costs that you have incurred. However if the item is not faulty and is simply unsuitable, then you will be responsible for all postage costs.
How long will it take to refund me?
It will take between 7 - 21 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
When will I know that you have received my return?
We will email you as soon as we have received your return, and also let you know by email if your return has been accepted successfully.

We only accept UK pound sterling (GBP)
Do you accept other methods of payment?
We only accept payments by credit card, charge card or debit card. We do not accept the following payments; Cash on delivery, Cheque, Installments, Bank Transfer, Postal Order, Splashplastic, Laser card.
